Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
  • The product must show only normal handling. Items damaged through improper use are not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, this must be reported to us as soon as possible.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items appear to have been used, damaged, or otherwise do not meet our return conditions.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@lawsonandellis.com
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for your return

Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the original parcel. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note: Returns can only be processed after your package has been delivered. It is not possible to return or recall an order while it is still in transit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our fulfilment system is synchronised with our warehouse partners. Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically forwarded to our logistics network for processing, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. Once this process has started, we are unable to manually interrupt or reverse the order.

This system allows inventory, fulfilment, and tracking information to remain accurate throughout the delivery process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, the items will be inspected. If your return is approved, please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Due to the international distance, return shipping costs can be USD $30–$40 or more, depending on the parcel size, weight, and shipping provider.
